Our favorite night of holiday cheer is only possible thanks to the generosity of our volunteers! Whether you’re checking in guests, helping with auctions, or offering a friendly face, your support ensures a magical evening for all who attend. Below are our current volunteer needs:

• Event Check-In and Check-Out - Our guests are the heart of the evening. You’ll be the first and last impression—welcoming attendees, helping them find their name tags, and ensuring a smooth departure.
• Tito’s Toss - Oversee this festive and fun ring toss game sponsored by Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Volunteers will sell chances to play and manage the station. (Must be 21+)
• Diamond Direct Bling Ring - Work the room selling raffle tickets for a chance to win stunning jewelry from Diamonds Direct. This role is great for outgoing personalities!
• Auction Watch and Runners - Keep an eye on the auction tables and answer questions during the silent auction. Afterward, assist guests in collecting their winnings. Roles will be assigned once our full volunteer team is confirmed.
• Floater - Be our behind-the-scenes hero! Floaters help wherever needed—filling in gaps, jumping in for breaks, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
